1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mi Toko mobile application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Mi Toko is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with local sellers in Bonaire. Our Service allows you to browse products, book experiences, and purchase items from multiple sellers with a single checkout. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale between buyers and sellers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through Mi Toko are subject to product availability. Prices are set by individual sellers and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on Mi Toko are independent businesses responsible for their products, services, pricing, and fulfillment. Mi Toko does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, nor the accuracy of seller listings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by seller and product type. For physical products, please review the seller's return policy before purchase. For experiences and bookings, cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of booking. Contact the seller directly for refund requests.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or sellers

8. Limitation of Liability

Mi Toko provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
